Fusion Filter Test Data

We submit our filters for third party testing at certified ANSI/NSF laboratories such as those of IAPMO (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials). Testing is carried out in accordance with ANSI/NSF standards and protocols such as ANSI/NSF STD 42, 53, 401, 244 or P231. We test for the entire rated life of the filter to ensure that the target performance is sustained.

During the COVID-19 crisis, we have been forced to publish some internal test data while third-party certified laboratory results are delayed.

The Current Market

In 2018, the global retail carbon block water filter market was approximately $8 billion and the global market for UV water sterilizers was  $11 billion. Fusion disrupts both of these markets by performing all of the functions of a UV sterilizer and carbon block in a single low-cost product. Because Fusion can be used in small gravity-flow or large pressurized systems, it disrupts every element of the industry.

Fusion Filters provide superior performance, flow rate, and life compared to filter systems available from current market leaders.  In addition, Fusion filters provide enormously superior economics with the price per volume of water almost a full order-of-magnitude lower than competitors.
