Clean, Attainable, Technology

From the production process to the very nature of the final product, Fusion filtration medium is a net positive for the environment. This filter paper is used to produce ultra-high performance potable water filters. It is produced with less energy and is 100% compostable. This type of filter medium provides NSF International certified health and aesthetic claims including control toxic metals (lead, mercury), toxic organic chemicals (VOCs, TTHMs, pesticides, herbicides, industrial chemicals and pharmaceuticals), chlorine, taste and odors, and provides NSF International certified Class 1 particulate performance, intercepts microplastics, asbestos, and even the full spectrum of microbiological threats (bacteria, viruses, and cysts). The price and performance makes this technology available to all consumers.

Compostability

Our media is not just biodegradable, but 100% compostable. Companies can design a system that has minimal environmental impact. Other filtration technology relies on synthetic binders that don’t break down in the environment.

Green Production

The energy it takes to make 1 ton of Fusion filtration media is four-times lower than the current standard. The fibers within the filter are produced from cellulose and the main active ingredient is activated carbon from fast growing, readily available coconut husks.

Easy to Adopt

When companies make the switch to Fusion, they get cost savings and a boost in performance. The highly versatile nature of the FUSION medium makes it effortless to retrofit into current filtration systems. This ease of use leads to more companies switching to this greener technology, while delivering the highest possible purification of drinking water without waste.

Plastic Elimination

An average of 50 billion plastic bottles are purchased in the US every year, taking 17 million barrels of oil to produce, not including transportation. A 2024 study found 240,000 plastic particles per liter in bottled water. The public is becoming more conscious of this problem, and our technology allows companies to provide affordable, convenient, and powerful filters to permit the consumer to produce their own purified water and lower their plastic consumption.
